my. truck shut off and had to be towed there. waited a very short time every-time i was there.

Service was fast and easy. I found what I wanted, spoke to Ed Seymour in Sales and he helped me achieve my goal.

David was great. No haggle, no hassle. He found exactly what we were looking for. Management team from appraisal to finance were also great.

My car was fixed quickly, so that was really great. The only issues I found were that the woman who attended me at the service department was not helpful at all. She was a bit rude and even though I explained that a tow was covered under my warranty, she did not help me. I had to call the Sales/ Advisor people multiple times to give me the information.

It was fine

My service rep was good and helpful. The service department appeared to be understaffed on Friday, December 22nd. Also, I had a 7 am appointment, and think that doors opened at 6:58 am. Someone was to follow up with me regarding the clear coat on the roof breaking down. Have not heard from anyone.

Joe was absolutely awesome! He was very professional and knowledgeable about my vehicle. I am extremely happy with the results and glad I brought my vehicle to Courtesy.

From the first contact to the sale and finance work, all was easy and friendly.
