My car was fixed quickly, so that was really great. The only issues I found were that the woman who attended me at the service department was not helpful at all. She was a bit rude and even though I explained that a tow was covered under my warranty, she did not help me. I had to call the Sales/ Advisor people multiple times to give me the information.

My service rep was good and helpful.The service department appeared to be understaffed on Friday, December 22nd. Also, I had a 7 am appointment, and think that doors opened at 6:58 am.Someone was to follow up with me regarding the clear coat on the roof breaking down. Have not heard from anyone.

Joe was absolutely awesome! He was very professional and knowledgeable about my vehicle. I am extremely happy with the results and glad I brought my vehicle to Courtesy.

The maintenance performed on my vehicle was timely and efficient. My service advisor (Andrew) kept me informed throughout the process and explained everything when finished. All in all a great experience and I will definitely continue coming back.
