Your texting model of interacting with the customer during the service needs work. In my case, it stated something like $29.95 was going to be due for the inspection. I asked the service writer about it, in real time, and he told me it was actually no charge. So, I ignored it. He came back and found me about 10 minutes later saying I had to approve it before they could continue. It still looked like $29.95 was going to be due. It wasn't in the end but it was misleading.That needs to get looked at and fixed. Another thing: never, ever, ever change a customer's radio station. Ever. Period. I had my radio purposely off when going in and it was on and FM station that I never used when the car was returned. You have some sad employees if they can't do without their music for the short period of time driving the car in and out of the service area.I've watched this for years with cars being worked on. They always screw around with the radio. Radios and A/C vents and even seat adjustments (if possible) need to be considered absolutely off limits to your employees. It's not your car to customize for your very short term needs.
