Unbelievable high prices on parts...Stole another $41 plus on shop supplies... Hazardous waste disposal???... Just the battery disposal noted elsewhere on receipt...Found this surprise later... "Only the battery cost, battery service charge and tax"Also did NOT do Multi-point inspection... Claimed they did but NO list of problems like tires that were not changed...Told them the codes were wrong because of resetting battery sensor... Clear them and see if they come back... They found I was right... Got a big story about a code that made the Stop/Start not work... NO... Duh... Bad primary battery was the cause of error...Had to bring car in after incomplete servicing in July...They stole $20 to install high priced blades... 10 minutes max...They stole $20 to install a high priced air filter... 5 minutes max...They stole $95 to replace a high priced aux14 battery... 15 minutes max...They also stole $50 for shop supplies...Near $900 for an oil change, brake fluid change and a simple battery change...Then the service rep said I approved the charges when I actually did not...He would not change them...Fortunately he (Richard Drewes) is now gone...A dealership should be better than this...Should be able to trust your service...No choice on Terms of Service to Submit this form... Not surprised...Feel I am really owed...

The service department was terrible at answering the phone. I had managers promise to address my issues and was still ignored. It wasn't until I came in and spoke to Jacob A WEEK LATER that any of my concerns were addressed. He was the ONLY employee that was helpful. My advisor, Matt, never returned a single call! My repairs were even delayed because my warranty company couldn’t get an answer either. Hated the whole process!

I brought my 2018 Jeep Wrangler in to repair the convertible top. After two estimates, I was told the final price, and the top was ordered. My service advisor Matt was good with providing communications regarding the status of my vehicle. Although, very expensive, I am very pleased to have my vehicle back.
