On time pleasant service writer

first time visiting dealership which was a wise decision for me.The sales personal were very professional . Answered all my questions and walked me thoughall the steps. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who ask where i purchased my Jeep.

My experience was very good.

I had a ABS system problem and have waiting for a part for several months now. Joe Murray my service advisor got my truck in without appointment the day before Thanksgiving and got my truck fixed. This is not the first time that Joe went out of his way to make sure I taken care of. Joe is a great asset to your service department.

My service advisor was prompt, explained what needed to be done and what could not ve done due to the hpfp recall.

Everything was great! I came in. They had exactly what I wanted, and I had my new Wagoneer within a couple of hours!

Steven Peoples was informative and efficient. He kept me informed at each step, dealt with the challenges of warranty services and promised to notify me as soon as the parts on backorder come in. We are in middle of moving so his exceptional service was truly appreciated.

Service advisor is great, the young lady in the rental car office was fantastic as well.And that's where it ends, no one answers the phone, it's just frustrating.
