Smooth experience

Came in for warranty repair. Also got oil change and tire rotation.Unfortunately part needed for warranty is several weeks out, which means the vehicle is not safe to drive on the highway until then.

The Service Writer Joe was awesome to work with.However, when I went to get into my Jeep to leave, it looked like it was rooted thru by a thief. I understand the tech needs to find the lug lock, but he rooted thru the entire Jeep, glove box, center console and back seat, leaving stuff from the glove box on the front seat and left the back seat a mess, seats turned up, items all out and moved about.....while I left the lug key right on the dashboard at the steering wheel so he wouldn't need to look for it. I have a photo to prove the way it was left! Very disappointed on how the interior was left.

I had a quote in place before I went to the dealer. I am 2 hrs away from them. They honored the deal as was given.

Excellent customer service as always. I was greeted right away and kept in the loop throughout the servicing of my vehicle.

Joseph was great. The lobby is comfortable - however, there was only one place to plug in my computer - as I was working while I waited.
