Everything was great except I did say I was going to JUST do the oil change and put off the rotation of tires due to time constraints. While I appreciate the service advisor going ahead with the rotation, I was not expecting it and therefore my cost was a little higher than expected. This should have been communicated to me for approval first.

Service representative was brilliant. It took too long for my records at MOPAR to be updated. There was a discrepancy on my mileage that needed to be adjusted. Now, a few weeks later, I receive yet another recall notice. Because my records are not updated it’s hard to know whether I need to book another service or not?
