Anti theft engaged due to sudden key chip failure. Repair went well. Dropped car off Sunday via tow. Got car back Tuesday afternoon. Two other recommendations made and delayed to focus our resources to fix urgent concern. A lot of back and forth via email and text was a bit confusing, and having to wait on replies to phone calls left to clarify was tedious. Everyone seemed really busy though and I know we didn’t have an appointment. Just glad to get my daughters car running so she could return to UCF.
