Enjoyable experience. I was given helpful information on my vehicle about a common issue that arises due to the age and not just “it needs to be looked at by a technician at a cost”

We were stranded due to the vehicle not started after coming back from a week long cruise and had to have our car towed there. We had no choice but to sit in the service department, it was efficient for the most part. When asking for an update a few hours in we were just told that it "has been assigned a service writer" but no other information. But overall we were pleased with the help there.

All around fantastic experience. They were able to get me in last minute and took care of my vehicle. It was such a relief to get the repairs taken care of because we are getting ready to drive the car on a long trip.

We took our Chrysler Voyager in because there was a noise in the front. So They took us in right away and left the van there for service.

This was my second vehicle purchase from this dealership in 5yrs. I felt it was an easy transaction so I'll continue to use the service department as well.
