I came into this dealership looking for an advertised used car. Rick G. approached me and allowed me to test drive the car. He was cool and answered most of my questions.I decided to purchase the car a week later. We set up an appointment and closed the deal without an issue. Once I got the car home, I noticed a few things were missing. I called, texted and emailed Rick letting him know what was missing. I never received a response or any type of followup from anyone at the dealership! Therefore this dealership has not earned a five star rating which could have been avoided with a little effort.

I had come in to investigate a "rubbing" in the front end of my Challenger, and get an oil change. The process took longer than I expected (I was there from 7am until 2:30pm), but the technicians were very thorough! After determining that an alignment was needed, they also advised getting two new tires, as the current front tires had tread remaining, but had worn badly uneven and were not roadworthy. Additional time clicked away as someone had to go get the tires and bring them back to the dealership. Melissa Jolley kept me informed throughout the process, and continued to check on me regularly, although she had many other clients as well.Overall, VERY satisfied and appreciate the Courtesy team.
