Your uber was great and quick service

Tho what started out to be what i thought would be a basic fix mushroomed into a two week stay to get everything together and accomplished. The service rep, "Andy" went way beyond his job to get all accomplished and I can't say thank you enough to him. Not only in obtaining the needed parts but in dealing with the warranty company - The car is 12 years old and 'she' has/is my baby. No drama just went in for an oil change and all went well. I did ask about a transmission fluid and filter change and was told it is not due until 100,000 miles. Pleasant surprise.

I had to wait to be seen by the advisor for about 5-10 minutes with appointment but I was early too. The advisor asked about any issues I have with the Jeep and any services I need and gave me a time estimate. it was followed up by a text message I received approving recommended services. After that the advisor came by and gave me another time estimate. Overall the experience was smooth and the lounge where I waited was comfortable. If I have one thing to deduct is that I can get my Jeep services cheaper at another place locally. Thankfully I had a coupon for this service that saved me over $70. Otherwise I would have gone to another place that is more reasonable.
