Great experience as usual. Alex, the service manager, was friendly and very helpful. The person who I spoke to about my appointment upon arrival was also polite. Wait wasn't too long, and fell in the range that Alex suggested it would take.

Excellent service. It took a long time due to parts availability but Melissa was fantastic. Got me a loaner truck, etc. Best dealership service experience I have ever had....and I have been driving Mopar for 30 years or more.
