I dropped off my Town & Country minivan, because the A/C wasn't coming on. The service writer provided SUPERIOR customer service, even tho he was extremely busy. He even had a brief moment to socialize, ask about my day, and seemed concerned about my issue.Yes, the technicians did get the A/C blower to come on, HOWEVER, when you turn it on, the blower takes 5 minutes or so, to engage. Also, it shuts off from time to time, and even comes on, after Ive turned it off.I Give 7 stars for your service writer Alex Hidalgo. (He even bought be a cocoa-cola as hot as the afternoon was, when I picked up my van). Exceptional customer interaction.The maintenance crew, I give 3 stars, because they did replace some parts, and got the blower to work, come on, but since it takes 5 minutes to engage, and will shut off/on at will, I have to give only 3 stars.You may contact me about this issue.
