Pleasant, friendly service. The job was actually completed sooner than I expected.

I gave 5 stars because the sales team was excellent. They negotiated in good faith and were easy to work with. The bookkeeping crew on the other hand is abysmal. They didn't even set up the payoff on my trade in until a month after the deal was done, forcing me to make an unnecessary payment on a vehicle I didn't own anymore. And, I still haven't seen any progress on the Marine Corps plate I paid for.

Steven was amazing. However who scheduled my appointment at the dealership for my oil change told me the price for my oil change and when I came to pick up my car I was told it would be almost twice as much. Felt a bit jaded by this and taken advantage of since my car was already worked on

It was super easy. Drop was fast and got call when it was done for pick up
