Dropped off Jeep for 2 days to fix software issue. Took a while to diagnose but in the end worked out.

Aside from being at dealership from 10 am to 5 pm for oil change and new tires, my car is running fine. I put street tires on a 4x4 since my husband passed away and I don’t drive off road. The car drives entirely different with the street tires. I’m not complaining about the time spent there, everyone was friendly and sociable. I asked where the time clock was so I could punch in for the day. I was asked if I wanted anything to drink or eat but I was fine. I have been treated very well every time I go to Courtesy and feel your people have been very honest with me (being a woman) . Andrew takes very good care of me and explains everything that is being done. Thank you Courtesy Jeep.

Ok experience. I thought the process took too long especially the financing part and I ended up paying cash due to the long wait and hassle. Not the experience I expected as someone with 840 credit.

I purchased a vehicle from you guys. And when I got it home couple days later, noticed that the right front fender had been worked on. Brought it back and showed Steve Kern. And ed seymour steve kern being the manager. He told me to get some estimates on it. Because I lived an hour away and would be hard for me to get the car there to be repaired. I got an estimate and Steve. Had okay me to get it repaired and that courtesy would reimburse me. I've been trying to deal with Sam. The new manager, but have not been able to get him to call me. Or respond for about six months now, not happy.
