I had to wait to be seen by the advisor for about 5-10 minutes with appointment but I was early too. The advisor asked about any issues I have with the Jeep and any services I need and gave me a time estimate. it was followed up by a text message I received approving recommended services. After that the advisor came by and gave me another time estimate. Overall the experience was smooth and the lounge where I waited was comfortable. If I have one thing to deduct is that I can get my Jeep services cheaper at another place locally. Thankfully I had a coupon for this service that saved me over $70. Otherwise I would have gone to another place that is more reasonable.

Aside from being at dealership from 10 am to 5 pm for oil change and new tires, my car is running fine. I put street tires on a 4x4 since my husband passed away and I don’t drive off road. The car drives entirely different with the street tires. I’m not complaining about the time spent there, everyone was friendly and sociable. I asked where the time clock was so I could punch in for the day. I was asked if I wanted anything to drink or eat but I was fine. I have been treated very well every time I go to Courtesy and feel your people have been very honest with me (being a woman). Andrew takes very good care of me and explains everything that is being done. Thank you Courtesy Jeep.

Ok experience. I thought the process took too long especially the financing part and I ended up paying cash due to the long wait and hassle. Not the experience I expected as someone with 840 credit.
