Really getting tired of being told that our "replacement" hub cap is in process. Service Manager assured us through representatives that they had to order outside of normal suppliers, but has NEVER called back since last year. Took vehicle in for service 08/16/2023 and hub supposedly ordered, but no contact back from Courtesy Service department. More than likely not Alex's fault (service rep.). Joe goes above and beyond to get the problems fixed and keeps me in the loop as to the time frame. I really appreciate the loaner as I am the only driver in the household and we only have one car.

The person who helped me was Alex. Very friendly and helpful. It is doing other things so that my service runs correctly.

Service writer Jose Perez was professional and excellent. Took the time to explain the service process and also inquired as to how the car was performing and meeting my needs as a customer. All the dealership staff was very friendly and the waiting area is very comfortable.
