Carl helped me with what I wanted. The only complaint I have in order for me to get the bed of the truck coated is I have to take it to the shop and wait there for 8 hrs until it dryness. I don't that right

Great experience, went to Courtesy in Tampa from Delray Beach FL to get my Gladiator because of how easy they made it for me to lease the vehicle.I’d contacted numerous dealers closer to me and none of them were as accommodating as Courtesy. Well worth my time and would definitely do it again.

For the most part, I had a good experience. I sold my car for a very good price, and got the car I was looking for-- a one year old white Jeep Renegade. And I am happy with the car, however once driving it home, I noticed two small cracks in the windshield. There were dog hairs I had to remove, items still in the glove compartment from the previous owner and the car had a sort of unpleasant smell. I did text the consultant I was working with, but haven't received a response. That being said, it is Labor Day weekend, so he may be off. And Joseph Russo, my consultant, did work very hard to ensure I left the dealership happy. He was kind and professional. I just need the few unnoticed problems fixed.
