For the most part, I had a good experience. I sold my car for a very good price, and got the car I was looking for-- a one year old white Jeep Renegade. And I am happy with the car, however once driving it home, I noticed two small cracks in the windshield. There were dog hairs I had to remove, items still in the glove compartment from the previous owner and the car had a sort of unpleasant smell. I did text the consultant I was working with, but haven't received a response. That being said, it is Labor Day weekend, so he may be off. And Joseph Russo, my consultant, did work very hard to ensure I left the dealership happy. He was kind and professional. I just need the few unnoticed problems fixed.

Excellent service, very professional and helpful employees. José Pérez answered all my questions and assured me that the car didn’t have major problems. Shuttle service was a blessing.

Rick was very helpful and personable.Only problem I had was with the service department with the detailing of the vehicle. It was very bad and had to be taken back to redo multiple times.

As always, service at Courtesy was shirt and sweet.
