I purchased a vehicle from you guys. And when I got it home couple days later, noticed that the right front fender had been worked on. Brought it back and showed Steve Kern. And ed seymour steve kern being the manager. He told me to get some estimates on it. Because I lived an hour away and would be hard for me to get the car there to be repaired. I got an estimate and Steve. Had okay me to get it repaired and that courtesy would reimburse me. I've been trying to deal with Sam. The new manager, but have not been able to get him to call me. Or respond for about six months now, not happy.

everything was good - my only complaint is that we went without an appointment, was told we needed one - walked away - called and made an appt 20 minutes later. Why not say - next time you need an appointment and offer to schedule it and move on.
