I had a very pleasant experience at the dealership. Initially the salesperson was trying to convince me to get something that I didn’t really want however when I explained what I was looking for he went above and beyond to find the exact car that I came to purchase. I am very happy with my purchase.

My service advisor was great, but the mechanic left a greasy handprint on my passenger seat. Notified my advisor who took the Jeep back and had it cleaned. That was appreciated, though not treating my car with respect will not be tolerated.

Very professional. Computer went down through no one’s fault I imagine, but I was allowed to take my vehicle and pay a few days later, which would have been sooner if the caller ID had identified it was from Courtesy Ram, I thought it was an unwanted solicitor or scam. Didn’t figure it out until finally had a break from work and listened to voicemail to see who the caller was. At which time immediately called back and the payment was processed with excellent customer service.

I purchased a 2023 Jeep Wrangler Sport S on July 22, 2023. The purchasing process went smoothly and quickly. I mentioned several times, both to the salesman and finance person that I did not wish to purchase any additional items, only the Jeep. I was disappointed when I got home and realized that Crystal Fusion was added to my purchase. I called and after speaking to several people, Dameniel Owens not only sent me a refund check but also a box of Jeep goodies.

The service tech was attentive. I was in and out in an hour
