Andrew took care of getting my Jeep Wrangler in for service and a tire rotation, we were very happy with the communication from them!

My service representative Melissa is a nice person. However, I do not understand my bill at all. i brought in my 2017 Pacifica for a skipping sensation which it has had since last April. I paid $ 100 then for a new fuel injector. This time, I was told the problem was a "computer update" which caused the skipping and it would cost 500+ dollars. I told Melissa that I had purchased an 8 year repair policy with a $ 100 deductible. She told me that she called the policy provider who told her the new computer program was not covered. Also, she told me that Chrysler also does not cover computer updates. Is this correct? No one told me this when I purchased the car.
