Alex was attentive and did what he says he would do

Took longer than expected to pick up a vehicle that was purchased 8 months ago, but otherwise it was fine.

Though we miss our service agent AJ, the service agent that took care of our vehicle this time around was good as well.

Jose was an excellent service partner. He was very involved from checking through check out. I was able to book a convenient time. My critique is that I did not receive a scheduled callback with an update. That makes it a little more difficult to plan for the return trip to pick up the vehicle.

the computers were down when I came in for my appointment, the parts guy said he could not find my keyfob which was already there because of this, so I was about to leave and the service manager said to give her a minute and she was able to find it and get it programmed and save my trip, they did it a quickly as possible, and went out of the way to make sure I was taken care of. I have a patience issue and they were able to keep me from losing my mind! Well Done! the service staff is top notch!
