when i arrived i waited for my advisor steven who was very helpful. i waited about an hour and a half for an oil change and tire repair. when it was done steven was so kind to help me check out quickly

My regular service manager Jamie wasn’t there, but Jose was very good. The only problem I had my appointment was for seven and they didn’t approach my car till 720.

I always get good service, and my wait is usually short. This time I waited one and a half hours. I could tell that it was really busy because there were a lot of people waiting as well. I’m not really sure that’s the fault of the service center or I just chose a busy day on which to make an appointment. Either way, although I had to wait, I still received good service and everyone was courteous and helpful. There was a gentleman who was walking around talking to all of us waiting (I’m sorry that I don’t remember his name) and that made me feel like they understood the wait and was truly concerned for the customer. Took the sting out of the long wait.

Great! lost contact towards the end though…Brought in at 11:00 on a Fri. All day no call for update.had to call before closing to see if finish? Was inform still in bay with hood up? But got a call next morning it was ready. Thanks just a little tweak towards the end.Thanks

The salesman was very knowledgeable, the entire team was very friendly!!! Because there appeared to only be one finance person on duty, we did have to wait a LONG time to get in and sign the papers. That was bothersome, we came in pre-approved and were hoping for a quick turn-around!! thank you.
