My experience with the service department was unexpectedly positive. Joe Murray, my service advisor was outstanding. Kept me up to date on the required service and when my vehicle would be ready. Absolutely appreciated his time and effort. He went above and beyond.

Wassim and Mo were great. Very respectful and easy to work with. I looked at cars at many different dealerships and they by far the easiest to work with. Mr. Doodles was great as well.

This was my 4th visit in 8 months to fix a problem that has been occurring periodically for about a year. This time my service agent was very thorough with his interview with me and understood that there was no warning or obvious situation when my car would rev up and accelerate when I was braking. I dropped my car on a Wednesday and texted my agent on Thursday, when he replied that the issue had been determined as a bad valve. He was going on vacation and his partner would be my contact then. He said my car would be ready by late Tuesday. So I patiently left my car, was without transportation and trusted that a valve replacement would be done by Tuesday evening.By that time I had still not received any communication (this has been my biggest issue with this service department) so I had to initiate a call. I was told the car would not be ready until Wednesday. We had plans to leave on vacation on Thursday morning and they knew this from the start. On Wednesday morning I was told they HOPED to have it done by that evening. This is where I became agitated. They had had the car for a complete week and only needed to replace a valve. I demanded it be ready and at that point I was told that it would be.I am generally patient and understanding but I continue to have stressful service situations at this dealership. I have noticed that the current staff is much better than the staff from 8 months ago, but communication is an issue. At the very least there should be a daily text with an update, even if it’s just that the car is waiting its turn.They also did not have a loaner car and I had to pay $200 for transportation while my car was there.

Wonderful experience working with every team member especially Danny, Dawaun, James and Dameniel. Danny really made this purchase of a life time possible by taking up some of his personal time by working with me from his home on his day off, definitely next level service! Dawaun took care of the car like it was his own! It was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend anyone who is looking to purchase a Dodge product to go here!
