Scheduling the maintenance for my 200S 45k mile service was routine; no extensive wait on-hold. I arrived, not too early, and service agent Melissa was ready to start the process (10:30 AM)The appointment was over by 1215 PM.After verifying all service to the vehicle was completed as written on the receipt. I departed w/o any complaints.Mellissa and the team did a great job!!!See ya'll again!!!
