Very fast and complete customer service care from start to finish

Pretty good experience overall. Waited quite a while for a finance manager but that was due to the holiday and the showroom was full of customers. My sales rep Jeff was great.

I can't tell you how much I am great full for Courtesy Dodge. Tom was awesome through my whole experience. Kept me informed and worked VERY hard to get my into the vehicle I wanted. I went to Lakeland Dodge at first and I am still waiting to hear back from them. I thought all hope was lost but Tom pulled through and helped a lot.Thank you again,Jeremy
