Steven was excellent. Very professional and I felt like he genuinely cared about making his customers feel appreciated and taken care of. He went the extra mile to make thing a right when the install on the wireless charger in my 2022 Ram 1500 became a bit more complicated then initially assessed. I can’t understand why my wife gets to pay $69 for oil change and tire rotation. My daughter $29 for the same service at Nissan, but Dodge charges us $136 after military discounts. GMC offered to change my change full synthetic oil and tire rotation for $79. I guess next oil change we are going to GMC.

Overall, maintenance service and request for diagnostic were satisfactorily met. Only a little bit of complain on the time spent at the dealership. It took longer than I expected!
