My customer service was great. He knew his job. He took good care of my automotive needs.

Aj was great.. but the gentleman before was not great at communicating the issue with my vehicle. That caused me to get frustrated but AJ stepped in and made sure to communicate and help.

I had a great experience. Pulled right up to get my oil change. The tech made sure I was checked in very easily and the whole experience was very fast.

We had a very favorable car-buying experience. The salesman, Moe, was not pushy and he did answer our questions. Everyone treated us very nicely at Courtesy.

Joe was excellent kept me informed Did not try to oversell products.. Made recommendations did not push any issue. Only problem was your pricing. Thought 700.00 for spark plugs was ridiculous.. will not be using courtesy any more for that kind of stuff. But will continue to use Courtesy for other things.
