The door opened right on time not a minute late and Mr Carl Johnson met me at the door. He got the info I requested right away. He heard me and followed through instead of trying to drag me through his agenda. I know he is a salesman but I never felt like someone tried to sell me a car. He hand walked me through the process and didn’t rush me. Best test drive experience I’ve ever had as well. Oh and when he didn’t know the answer to my question he went and found it instead of panicking because he doesn’t know everything. Really a great experience and I’ve gotta chalk it up to Mr Johnson.
