Had an appt for an oil change at 11am Friday (3/7). Truck not taken back for an hour after I asked what the hold up was. Took 2.5 hours for an appt oil change. Not even a courtesy vacuum of the interior. This dealer is not a good place for Quick Lane service even with an appt. Better Quick Lane service at other Ram Dealer.
