I will have to take back my complaints with Courtesy Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Tampa. After speaking with the Sales manager at the dealership. I then called Jeep Dealership Main Office and spoke with two representatives. The main web site for Jeep sales promos and gets you into the buying mode advertises special buying discounts and incentives. However not all incentives are available in every area of the country. There are restrictions as to where these discounts can be used. The most upsetting part is that is not revealed on the Jeep’s main web site. You are lulled into thinking you can get the deal. Then you can customize the purchase and go to a local dealer to buy your car. That’s where the warm fuzzy feeling goes away. The local Dodge Dealer did give the best deal and special financing for my Jeep Compass and thank you! I cant give a five star because the first salesman Carl said there are not special financing offers, but there were.

This was my first car purchase since moving to America. The team at Courtesy were professional and very helpful in helping me navigate a stressful and unknown situation to me.Shoutout to David and Pamela!!!
