Stephen was very professional and I believe tried his best to satisfy the issue. The problems that exist are systemic, and I do not believe reflect on him as a person. I’m driving a 5 year old, 77K mile, $75K truck, which has experienced consistent issues with the braking system for the last three years. No loaner vehicles is a huge problem. And it’s the Chrysler side, since the Kia does offer them. Secondly, the supply chain issues and the actual source of the brake system problem need to be addressed. It is absolutely unbelievable that it took 7 months to order the part, which did not fix the problem, so now I’m waiting again. To reiterate, this is not Stephen’s doing, he was only behind the desk when the part finally arrived.
