Had to wait a long time to pick up my Jeep

All went great and they weed able to fix the problem under warranty. Handle update on recall as well. I waited for the the car and it was ready to go in reasonable time.

My vehicle, a 2018 Ford Edge, was one of those purchased from the Crystal dealership that still had a oil/lube due. Your guys did a nice job on that one for me, but I traded the Edge in on a Ram pickup not long after that. I found a really nice 2018 Ram 1500 SLT Big Horn that I plan to be bringing in for service when required. Shall I set up an account now so that your team will have the basic data, or just wait until service is required?
