I HAD TWO PROBLEMS WITH MY VAN WHEN I BROUGHT IT IN. THE ENGINE LIGHT WAS ON, AND THE LOW PRESSURE ON THE LEFT REAR WAS ON. THEY FIXED THE PROBLEM CAUSING THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT TO BE ON, BUT THE LOW TIRE PRESSURE LIGHT ON THE LEFT REAR TIRE IS AND WAS STILL ON. I'VE PUT 40 LBS. IN THAT TIRE AND THE LIGHT STILL WON'T GO OUT. SO I WOULD LIKE TO BE TOLD IF THERE IS A PROCEDURE TO SHUT IT OFF OR IF SOME THING ELSE SHOULD BE DONE. THANK YOU JERRY POWERS 813-642-8668

The service started out terribly and was going to be hours over the quoted parameters. I asked for manager and Chad came to assist. He turned the entire situation around by: explaining why the service was taking longer, offered apologies, was sincere, empathetic, and pleasant. He went above and beyond in taking care of me. He turned the problem into an opportunity to make it right and he did. He is an asset to to the dealer!

The whole process took only a couple hours, the personnel the process went very smooth. I would highly recommend the dealership, and my brother-in-laws daughter who referred me our salesman Ray H.
