Oil change was $100 more than it was in August. No one reset the oil life on the computer.

I had purchased a new Ram 1500 in December 2021. I was bringing it in for standard maintenance, a bit of a trip for us as the closest Ram dealer was not accepting new service clients. I had my newborn with me, so I was hoping the service would be completed quickly. Upon arriving, I checked in at the front desk. The representative told me the service would be around $200. I had believed this would be free due to a discount program. The representative got his management and looked into it. Neither had heard of the program and said we would need to pay the full price. I found a seat and started to pass the time. They were able to perform all the requested services quickly, which was nice! In addition, the waiting area was comfortable, though it would've been nice to have a selection of food/drinks beyond just the water and coffee that was offered. Other service departments offer complimentary snacks which is always a nice touch, especially if you're there for awhile. Just a suggestion, though; the area was still comfortable and clean. When the truck was finished, I went to pay and I was told that they were going to foot the bill for me and I would owe nothing! This was a complete surprise as I was under the impression that I would owe the nearly $200. I found it a very kind gesture and not something I expected, at all. Even with the dealer being a bit of a drive for me, they handled everything professionally and kindly, and for that reason, I'll be back!

I called Steve in service that takes great care of our needs, and he gave me a recommendation for the sale, I told them what I was looking for and we were in and out with 2 trucks under an hour. The manager came out and shook my hand to assure we were pleased, very good experience.

Although there was a lady named Micolena or Mick, or something like that who was NOT very pleasant to speak to, Chad took such great care of me and got my car back to me quickly. I so appreciate all of his help.

I had a lengthy repair done on my vehicle. I was made aware of the time frame by my service advisor. I was updated on a regular basis. as well. The repair was finished ahead of schedule. The work was done in a professional manor and the experience was great.
