Me sales guy did a great job setting us up with a good new vehicle. I feel it was the right choice for our needs. He was patient and very helpful.

Steven was excellent. I was in and out quickly and he was extremely friendly and professional. My vehicle was completed within the estimated time. I would not hesitate returning for future service. Very clean and comfortable waiting area with coffee and tv.

The service experience was great as always. The Uber shuttle was not so good. It would seem to me that if you keep my fully warranty covered repair over the weekend you would provide me with a loaner or rental not Uber.

On Saturday, Sep 10th, I was just scrolling through "Used Challengers Near Me" on Google. Saw the usual mixture of the typical offerings. Suddenly, my scrolling stopped at this beautiful deep red/burgundy beast located at Courtesy Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge. I truly wasn't in the mood nor the frame of mind to go through the buying process, but I stopped on my way home from work.... just to see if it looked as nice in person, as in the photos. I left my truck running and walked over to look at the car, and yes, it looked as nice in person. At that moment, salesman Josh Overstreet came outside to introduce himself. Right away I told Josh that I was tired from work, and really wasn't in the frame of mind to endure a car purchase experience right now. I told him that I saw it on line and just wanted to look quick in person. He said "That's cool, let me run inside to grab the keys so I can show you the interior", which he did. He discussed the various features and answered all my questions, and at no time was there ever a hint of any pressure for a sale... just two guys talking cars. He said he knew I was tired, as it was about 5:00pm then, but offered to let me take a test drive. I sighed, laughed, and said "What the heck, why not".I ran over to turn off my idling truck (again, was NOT intending to purchase... heck, hadn't even cleaned out my Silverado yet!). The drive went well and Josh, who is a Challenger owner himself, explained a lot of the features I hadn't been aware of.We parked and I thanked him for the chance to drive it, and asked how long the car had been here, and he said "about a month, and that's why it's priced to move." I asked if he was working tomorrow and he stated he wouldn't be back to work until Wednesday, four days from now. I asked what the chances it would still be here Wednesday, and he was fairly certain it would be gone, as a few other folks had viewed it today.Josh asked, again with NO pressure, "Do you want to at least go inside and crunch some numbers?" and I sighed and said "What the heck, why not?"Once inside, I was made comfortable while the process started. I knew my credit and income were stellar, so I wasn't expecting any hiccups.... just hadn't planned on doing anything but look.Long story short, I test drove at 4:45pm and drove away in my "new to me" Challenger at 8:05pm! Josh even helped me clean out all the typical accumulated "stuff" from my 2015 Silverado 2500, no easy task! LOLIn closing, I have purchased MANY vehicles over the past 40+ years of my life, new and used. MANY of them were horrible, drawn-out, tedious affairs... which generally makes me dread the process involved with going to a car dealership. I can say, without any reservation, that the process at Courtesy, and Josh Overstreet's low key, no pressure approach, truly made this THE best buying experience for me... EVER!Thank you so very much Josh, and I honestly have been telling everyone I can about my positive buying experience. As I told you that night... "Still can't believe it's mine...."
