It took over a week before I was asked about doing the electronic diagnosis that cost $1,000. I feel like too much time was spent getting to that phase. It was obvious to me that it was the computer after Advance Auto Parts told me my battery was good. I understood that Milton had things backed up, but I was without my Jeep for 3 weeks, and once checking the modules started, everything went fairly quickly.
