Had an appointment to have the oil changed and the tires rotated. All of the people I interfaced with were professional and friendly. The work started on time and finished in a timely manner.

I called Brandon Courtesy Chrysler after I ran over a piece of sharp tile which punchered my tire, I spoke to Brandon and he took care of setting up an appointment for the next morning, I dropped off the flat tire, he ordered another for me and had it put on the front drivers side where I would have two new tires on front, he had my original drivers side tire put on back as a spare tire. I have been very pleased with Brandon and the dealership!
