Made a deal by phone for my wife’s truck she only had Sunday off and we made an appointment for 930 am when we got there the sales person forgot our appointment and our name the truck wasn’t ready to deliver he made an appointment to drop it off at my house we agreed he went to the wrong house address was on the registration then when he finally got here he addressed me with wrong name very disappointing
