Sheyla and Thomas were very helpful throughout the process. Only thing that I did not like was there is no transparency of the warranties prices before walking into the finance office.

I had a very wonderful experience, service was quick and informative. The service was explained in detail and what was expected. The atmosphere was pleasant and felt at ease. The lounge area had coffee, nice large tv’s and felt comfortable. My service expert was Jami, she was very pleasant and explained what was wrong with my Grand Cherokee and what work was being done. I ordered front Tow bars from the parts department, my vehicle didn’t have them on the vehicle at the time of purchase. I would highly recommend them put on all 4X4s from the factory . This is my first Jeep and I would highly recommend this dealership for vehicles, service and professional service…….

Overall, great experience from Sales team (Rino, Tony). Not a pushing sales approach. Otherwise, I would have not purchased anything. Only surprise was not to be told upfront is that the 7yrs/100k miles guarantee is something being paid by myself ($3k), and not included with the purchase. It works like a Gap insurance. Not very happy with that. Besides that, I am happy with my Grand Cherokee Wk. Old model is a classic and feels like a traditional luxury Mid Size SUV (e.g., X3, Volvo XC60) and not a family car to carry a big family (e.g., Tahoe, Explorer, Navigator).
