Took vehicle in for 3 warranty repairs but only 2 were completed. Took a star off due to the missed repair concern, causing me to have to schedule a new service appointment.

The service for my car was excellent and when I picked up my car it was clean. Our Service Tech Jamie Carty was excellent in keeping us informed about the parts needed to repair our car. The parts were out of stock so she had to locate someone who had the parts in stock and could ship to Courtesy. Was kept informed every step of the way until our car was ready for pick up. Just a note Jamie has been our service tech for 6 years and she is very dedicated to her job and ensuring that her customers are well taken care of. Don't want to lose her, dealt with many other service techs over my years of owning a car and she is one of the few good ones.

Other than parts having to be order, the service was great
