Thomas did a great job and went over everything in detail and made sure I was completely satisfied. I only have (2) complaints and it has nothing to do with Thomas. Finance would not except my check for the down payment as it had my wife's name on the check, even though they called and verified with my bank my name was on all (4) accounts. I've wrote several checks and never an issue. Also the passenger front seat either has a defect or almost cut in the material. Said they have to send a pic to Chrysler to see what they will do. It would have been more comforting to say we will take care of it regardless as I just picked up the truck the day before.
