I arrived approximately half an hour ahead of time. I was quickly greeted by friendly staff and did not have to wait that long before they began the inspection and oil change. Steven and the young lady at the front desk (to his right) were helpful and courteous. Steven gave me an expected wait time and it took just that long (if not, shorter).

Ed was awesome to work with. He was very personable and responsive. I received new brake pads and rotors and when I left the brakes were squeaking. He got me right in and had the truck looked at to understand the issue quickly. Really appreciate it.
