I had a great sales associate who was not pushy and very helpful and patient. His name was Joseph Russo. He worked with me in getting the finance where I needed it to be and understood my needs, The finance manager, Ryan McVicker was just as helpful. I bought my 2016 Cherokee from Courtesy back in 2015 and traded it in in 2019 and was not happy with the new car and glad to be back at Courtesy for my new 2022 Grand Cherokee.

Service performed as ordered. Prices are a little high, but you are assured OEM replacement parts (Yes, there is a difference).
