Joe Murray was attentive and compassionate during the extensive repairs performed on my vehicle. He kept me informed and ensured that the issues were adequately resolved. He serves as a good representative for the dealership and Jeep brand.

I'm giving 5 stars because ultimately I got the truck I wanted. So I found a truck at the sister dealership Coggins in Jax. I put a deposit down and they shipped a truck to Tampa. I got a ride from Lakeland to pick up the truck and as soon as I crawled underneath, it was covered in rust and the tires were dry-rotted like they had never been replaced. The truck was previously wrapped so there were remnants all over the truck. Obviously I didn't want this truck so we went back to the computer to find another one. I Found another truck but it had to be shipped to Tampa so I had to call and get a ride back from Tampa to Lakeland. The truck was delivered to my house at night which was a really nice thing to do. I woke up in the morning and saw that my driver taillamp was cracked and a hole punched through the left rear bumper. Nothing is coming from this, I just fixed it myself at our body shop. I felt like after all that someone would be more apt to reach out and apologize other than my salesman who was a huge help through all this and he was the one to deliver the truck. Again, I got the truck I wanted in the end so I'm not going to give a bad rating. Just use this info as needed.

Andy made my experience perfect as usual. He never lets me down and gets me in and out as quick as possible. Also informed me of services my vehicle will need to keep its performance high.

The salesman was very helpful with the knowledge of the vehicle and answered all the questions I had.
