Thomas of Courtesy Chrysler Jeep Dodge was Terrific! I had seen the Grand Cherokee Laredo online and thought I'd drop in and see it for myself. Thomas checked on us when we were checking it out and offered to let us take it for a test drive. I was really impressed how informative he was on the vehicle. It was a seamless experience because while we were test driving the vehicle, my vehicle was being appraised. We sat down and talked figures and he offered the extended warranty to take it to 6 yrs or 60,000 whichever comes first. I was apprehensive because I had just done oil changes and filled the tanks prior to trading in both of my vehicles. Thomas made it right by offering to fill the tank of my purchase, one more time. Thomas went above and beyond and I would definitely recommend him to friends and relatives. I had previously purchased a Jeep from this dealership and never had a problem with it. He was personable, knowleable, very easy to deal with, and he worked to find the right vehicle for us and our budget. We'll be back again when it's time to purchase our next vehicle.

Service advisor was great!The only thing that should be different is, since I scheduled the work online, you should not be forced to select a manufactured recommended service by mileage. There should be an a-la-carte option to pick and choose what I want done.

It was quick and easy and everyone was very professional.
