It was my first time buying a car and I feel it went smoothly. The salesman was happy to answer questions and the finance staff member was engaging and showed interest in having pleasant talks with us, recommending places in the area to visit or eat since we are new to the area. It did move very fast for me, so that was my only drawback. But I understand that is more me being uncertain and not anything the staff did.

Quick and easy.

3 and 1/2 hours with an appointment is a long time for an oil change, rotate tires, 30 minute recall to take. I just happened to go out front and saw my truck was ready so I got in line to complete my check out. This is the first time I have had to wait so long.

Great service

Armando Andrade was courteous and provided transparent numbers for the vehicle I purchased. The sale was finalized in person by Rino Siguencia. Upon arrival it took a bit of time for Rino to show me the papers with the price but it did reflected the accurate price provided my Armando. Even though I live 256 miles from the Courtesy Jeep dealer Blake Louviere wanted to sale me the package for windshield repair, tire protection and dents, which are useless given that I live so far away. I would not hesitate to contact Armando in the future for any car purchasing needs. Thank you Armando for being honest and valuing my time.
