Steven, my service manager was excellent. However, there were a couple of things to note:1. The charges for the oil change were more than were quoted on the email appointment confirmation.2. The technician failed to re-set the Oil Change life expectancy setting.3. The inside the windshield sticker that notes when the next oil change is due was incorrect.
