My experience was good. I do wish that we could go back to the days that we discuss diagnostic findings and solutions over the phone rather than via text, but overall, I was taken care of, my needs were met, and I do understand that phone calls are coming to be a thing of the past.

Greg saw us out on the lot and came up asking us questions about what we were looking for. After a quick conversation wanting a Pacifica, Greg found the perfect one for us! The process was quicker than I expected and am glad I was able to save so much time. Greg is a great salesman!

I had a pleasant experience while getting my Jeep serviced. I was originally waiting, but things were going to take longer, so I was offered a ride home. I was pleased that my service rep was able to view my warranty directly and work with the provider to get most of the service covered. A couple of things ... 1) Not long after the service, I feel like I'm still hearing the noise for which I originally brought the Jeep in. I'll discuss this during my next service. 2) For the customers waiting, it would be nice if more electrical outlets were available.

David was great. He was informative and respectful and listened to what I was looking for. He offered up great cars and worked hard to get in my price range but my heart already belongs to Subaru and I ended up leasing from them. If I could have bought 2 cars I would have, 1 Subaru and 1 from David.
