Everything was done to the vehicle and I waited for the service to get done. The only draw back was, when I inspected my vehicle the hood and the door handles had grease marks from the mechanics hands. It would be nice if they would wipe off the grease marks before returning the vehicle to the owner.

Best experience I have had at a dealership. Thomas Murman was the sales person who assisted me in choosing the vehicle and was fantastic in answering my questions about safety features and packages. Blake Louviere was the Finance/Business Manager who helped me finalize lease coverage and was extremely helpful in answering my questions about the different lease protection plans and extended warranty. I'm already looking forward to finishing the lease and getting my next car at Courtesy Jeep in Tampa.
